The annual POLIMI regatta will take place on 18- 21 May on the waters of beautiful Lake Garda in Northern Italy. This is a mecca for sailors. The regatta has two divisions, with division A qualifying for the MBA Sailing League, and division B aimed at less experienced sailors, with a local skipper provided. The boat is the one-design Dolphin 81, with retractable bowsprit, Asymetric Spinnaker and a hull shape designed for downwind surfing. They take crews of 5 sailors.
There will be a business conference on the afternoon of the Saturday, following two days of racing. Competitors will stay at the UniVela hotel, at the sailing venue itself.
