“Success in business requires training and discipline and hard work. But if you’re not frightened by these things, the opportunities are just as great today as they ever were.”

The MBA International program of the Athens University of Economics & Business (AUEB) is a leading graduate program in Business Administration. Our class GMAT scores place us among the top 8 Business schools in Europe. The program is fully accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA), and is offered by AUEB, the most prestigious Greek Business School. Our university’s goal is to deliver a unique management education that is specifically suited for today’s fast changing, global, and technology-driven economy.

Among many activities and events, the i-MBA has its own successful sailing team, which participates in the most important Business Schools sailing events, promoting the values in which AUEB believes. This is part of the I-MBA’s vision, to always be a pioneer and achieve international distinction showing its advantages and exposing the organizations supporting the efforts.

The fruit of these efforts is the 2005’s success in the 14th International Cranfield Business School Sailing Regatta in the United Kingdom where our team won the first place and took the cup, responding to the very intense competition. That year’s participation was possible thanks to the support and sponsoring of Farmaserv – Lilly SACI.

In 2007, sponsored by Lipton Ice Tea, our team won the second place in the “Global MBA Trophy” organized in Greece by the Yaught Club of Greece and London Business School.

Following previous excellent results our team has decided to expand its participation to more races abroad and in Greece, seizing the opportunity to gain more experience and to promote more widely its supporters by offering them greater exposure. We are therefore welcoming any sponsorship, which will contribute towards the training and the participation of our team in the races.
